Leed Agency ("we", "us", "our") is a Google Ads and website design agency based in Cronulla, NSW. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number and business name.
- Enquiry details you give us through our forms, by email or by phone, such as the service you are interested in and information about your business.
- Payment information when you buy a service from us. Payments are handled by our payment providers and we do not store full card details.
- Technical and usage information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, how long you stay and the website or ad that referred you.
2. How we collect it
- Directly from you when you fill out a form, request a quote, book a session, email or call us.
- Automatically through cookies, pixels and similar technologies when you use our website (see section 3).
- From advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, for example when you submit a lead form on one of our ads.
3. Cookies, pixels and advertising
Our website uses cookies and tracking tools to understand how people use the site and to measure and improve our advertising. These include:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), which records actions on our website, such as page views and form submissions, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.
- Google tag and Google Ads conversion tracking (Google LLC), which measures the results of our Google Ads and supports remarketing.
When you submit a form on our website, the Meta Pixel may use advanced matching. This means information such as your email address or phone number is hashed (converted into a scrambled code) in your browser before it is sent to Meta, so Meta can match the visit to an account without receiving the information in readable form.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage how ads are shown to you through your Meta ad preferences, Google My Ad Center and Your Online Choices. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of our website work.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide quotes.
- To deliver and manage the services you engage us for.
- To process payments and keep business records.
- To measure, improve and target our advertising, including remarketing.
- To improve our website and services.
- To send you updates or marketing where you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, including:
- Website hosting and form providers (Webflow).
- Advertising and analytics platforms (Meta and Google).
- Payment processors.
- Email, communication and business software providers.

6. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers, including Meta, Google and Webflow, store or process information outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers handle personal information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
7. Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely delete or de-identify it.
